Requirements
• S1 or S2 graduates from a reputable university. Preferably having 1-2 years experience (intern/full-time)
• Open for all majors with min. GPA 3.5/4.0
• Having good communication skills, open-minded, “hungry”, curious & fast learning, and technology savvy
Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on product development principles and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and contribute to the ideation phase of new product initiatives.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Learn and apply product development methodologies, including prototyping, testing, and iteration.
- Work closely with senior product developers to create detailed project plans and timelines.
- Contribute to the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Gain hands-on experience with various tools and technologies used in product development processes.
